The Marder was a converted manned 53 cm diameter (21 inch) torpedo. 
The Neger was the forerunner without a divetank. 
The Marder fix that and could dive to 10 meters (33ft)

Length : 7,60 m (25ft)
Diamter: 0,53 m (21 inch)
Weight : 2,7 ts 
Speed  : 4 knots with 48 sm range
