I think I could build 500 subs for that price and then we'd find the
Iraqi's or Al Quaida .  Spelling errors I presume, I guess I'd have to
learn to spell the names before submitting my proposal.

I already asked, no grants for subs, the US Navy prefers to pay $230M for 1
navy seal sub to Northtrop.
