I can look it up for you in the evening. Bear in mind its not that ANY window of a given geometry will last that many years. The assumption is that it is PVHO compliant in all aspects such as thickness to diameter ratio, material, annealing, etc., etc. If you're designing a window, PVHO is a must read or you can get into trouble real fast.

What about a simple circular port?   Something about 6 inches in
diameter.
Given those numbers above, they must last about ... forever.
