[PSUBS-MAILIST] Awards idea

Why  not have TWO awards a year?

One would be named after Frank Busby, and would be awarded to someone
whom we can agree has done the most to promote information and design
work.   The other would be named after Captain Kitteridge and would be
given to whomever had done something valuable and dramatic in
construction or operation.  We'd have to get the Captain's permission, of
course.
