Hello Mark, I don't know if this is the program you talked about, but I think it is a very good program. You can download a trial program for free and if you are satisfied you can send $ 10 or 15 to him and you will receive a code for the rest of your life. All updates will work with the same code.
The program is called MASTER CONVERTER and is made by savard.com
