Re: [PSUBS-MAILIST] BBC E-mail: Torpedo fuel to blame for Kursk loss

Hey All,

Could someone post the difference between plain Hydrogen Peroxide and so-called high-test, I'm a little uneducated in the differences.

Also, does anyone have a source that explains what can actually happen to cause Hydrogen Peroxide to explode in a sub application, i.e a closed circuit diesel system or something like that?

Is it just a very volatile substance?

Suds,
You could try a hand cranked prop. What could go wrong there? Hmm...now that I think of it, a seal could pop, and...blub blub blub, to the bottom you go. Why even get wet? You could get hypothermia! What are you thinking!?!?
Nah, all seriousness aside; if you don't be stupid, you should live...should.
