[PSUBS-MAILIST] life support paper

Some weeks ago there was a thread on life support, oxygen, etc. I had at the
time a paper that I was aching to share, but felt permission was necessary
from its author Phil Nuytten. Phil graciously agreed to share this and
Jonathan turned my scans into a pdf file and uploaded it in the Design
Guidelines section, under white papers. This is a must for anyone building a
life support system for their sub. It not only describes the principles of
operation, but actually includes a blueprint and photos. BTW, I have not
sourced the key component yet but I think the place to start is
www.metalbellows.com.
