Subject: [PSUBS-MAILIST] airplane fasteners
I'm not a pilot, but I remember noticing some neat fasteners that are found
on the likes of Cessnas, and are used for securing service panels or engine
cowls. If I remember right, they had semi-circular little handles that you
pop up and twist half a turn, without need of any tools. When fastened,
they're nice and flush. Anyone know what these things are called or where I
might find them?
