There is a book available at the website below that goes
into some depth about making dive lights.

Someone earlier mentioned picking up the Oxygen-Hacker's
Guide from them, which I did, along with the dive light
book, and the scuba regulator rebuild book.

I have received them, but have not thoroughly gone through
each of them very much.  I have gone through them somewhat,
and the do seem to contain a decent amount of good information.
