Thanks guys.

Actually, the story of me super-gluing my foot to the floor wasn't intended
for this list: not really topic-related.  But I've confused off-line email
with discussion-group messages before myself, so no problem and I hope
everyone gets a laugh out of it.

The important thing to remember here is Carl's "Copy and Paste" method of
ensuring successful subscriptions to the list.  In some cases, it does solve
sign-up problems.
