I got the book from a dutch technical library and made photocopies of a view
hundred interesting pages (it has almost 900 pages). Most big libraries have
there catalog on internet. Look for:

Stachiw, Jerry D.
Arcylic plastic viewports

Or under the subject:    Plastic windows

Maybe this number helps: ISBN O-8247-1353-2
