I gotta agree with Alec.  This one feels wrong.  But if someone is
nearby and has the time, it would make us all feel better to find
out what's really going on.

To find John Farrington's photos suggests the person has at
least looked at the PSUBs site recently.

Did anyone ever make a list of who lives where?  It seems to
me that we might profit by contacting the others who live
nearby.

This might be the chance to create a local PSUB chapter, on
the model of a boat-building club, to assemble a sub.
