Yes, PSUBS does have an awards program.  See,

Nominations are taken in November from the group.  Ray and I decide the
winners in December, and awards are distributed in January.  I'm sure
Doug Farrow will be nominated for his contribution this year.  Of course
it's still early and someone may come upon 200+ surplus submersibles that
they decide to distribute to the group.  :) :)
