Hmmm, 2900 liters of 99% pure O2 in 30-45 minutes for a total 100 man hours.

Probably too much O2 too quickly for a PSUB. Besides the oxygen toxicity
issues this might blow the windows out. Now if this candle was scaled down
to the needs of one man per candle then they would have a better application
for PSUBS.

The biggest problem is you get all or nothing. Either you light it or
you don't. Once lit how do you throttle back the O2 being generated or
increase the flow if the rate isn't just right?  At least with a O2
tank you can regulate the O2 flow.
