Another source for O2 may be a dive shop that supports technical diving
(wreck, cave, deep).  It is becoming more common for dive shops to mix a
custom case mix using He, N2, and O2.  Nitrox used for recreational
diving is enriched O2.  It is also common for tech divers that dive
mixed gases to use pure O2 at 40ft for decompression and to purge N2
from the body quicker.

The only draw back is that the dive shop may require some certification
card for at least Nitrox diving.
