        The sale of the two 48 passenger 'Voyager' tourist subs - which
closes tomorrow - is not 'to the highest bidder' - it is subject to a
sellers reserve price. Tourist sub operators all over the world have been
really heavily hit by the aftermath of  911. Several are either in
receivership or preparing to go into the various country's versions of
Chapter 11 to try to weather the downturn. Same thing with the dive charter
biz . . . a totally disasterous reduction in bookings - some far-flung
areas reportedly off by 60 -70% . Too bad. Some long-standing businesses
wont make it.
