Ever since I found their web site, I have been going all over it.  
They have some excellent links that have given me lots of ideas. 
It has always been my plan to build an ROV before "graduating" up 
to a personal submersibile.  Right now I have a bunch of parts 
that I am working up into a tethered vehicle to give me some 
experience in sub construction. Anybody have any thoughts or 
advice on this?
