Hi Ray,
 I've put in a request for a com system from the Navy boys
in San Diego for the Regatta and put the word out to the DSPA
(Deep Submergence Pilot's Association) and MTS (Marine Technology Society)
about the event.
 I'll let you know what I can come up with.
