The Aqua Sub is a One ATM sub built of fiberglass.  It has a cabin which has two pivoting wings attached.  Each wingtip has a pontoon float.  When you dive the sub, the cabin sinks down and "hangs" from the pontoons.  Air is blown into the cabin from  the pontoon, and flows out the other pontoon.  The pontoons never leave the surface, and the sub's depth is limited by the "wingspan".
