[PSUBS-MAILIST] convention date and numbers

Hi,

First step for setting up the convention is to pick a date and get
an idea as to how many will come. To help you decide if you are coming
here is a bit of what is going to happen:

Location:
	
	Portland, Oregon, USA
	
One Day Event:

	Morning		3 speakers/events/movies/breakout sessions...
	Afternoon	trip to Oregon Museum of Science and Industry to visit
			the USS Blueback

1. Date	in July or August. Which is best for you?

2. Initial estimate is for a capacity of 30 prople. How many are coming 
   in your party?
