Hi Alec,

You bring up a valid point. I meant just for the year 2001. However for this
year only I'll open up the nominations for a forth plaque. So now you can
nominate the deserving PSUBer for the:

	Best PSUB of pre-2001
	
	This is someone who built and operated a working PSUB before
	the year 2001. He has to be or have been a list contributor. It
	can't be some obscure person that no one ever heard of.

	
So altogether the categories are:

	Best PSUB of pre-2001

	Best Design of 2001
	
 	Best PSUB of 2001
 	
 	Best Discussion Contributor of 2001
