In Great Britain is somebody which had allready made 
a functional dry one man sub minly from old oil drums.. 
- it looks like a Biber. Is good for some foot. 

1000$ or euro is a really hard limit for a good functional
sub .. also for a wet one. 

But maybe the mineswepper hulls are a cheap base for 
that project. 

Ken - how much you have spend for your wet sub ?
