I'm a journalist working for the Daily Express, a national newspaper 
iin the UK. I'd love to do an article on personal submarines. Do you 
know of any UK based clubs or societies I could contact? I'd also 
like to talk to British people who are building their own submarines. 
Do you know of any and how I could contact them.

I'd really appreciate any help you could give me on this.
