Hi jim,
Thanks for your quick repsonse,
Two questions,
1. Is the maxxum 74t suitable for sea water use. I see there is a unit
called Riptide with 74 pounds of thrust. Are they the same unit or is the
Riptide unit better? if so can you supply is price for that unit.
No, a regular Max 74T is not suitable for salt water.
The Riptide 74/S is built for salt water. Part #NLM 0407-132. Priced at $200.00 plus S/H
2. can you also give me a price for s/s shaft to fit this unit.
Stainless steel shafts are no longer available. All the shafts are composite fiberglass. The
Riptide 74/S lower unit and Max 74T only use the Composite Fiberglass shafts. They range in price from $16.20 for a 26 " up to $90.00 for a H/D 60".
Since I am not sure where we will be shipping to I purposely did not quote shipping charges
Regards
Jim
Thanks for your time

OK Jim, lets talk turkey
I want two of these riptide 74/s units so how sharp can your pencil get.
Can you firm a price for two units with two shipping options:
1) Shipping to Carlsbad, CA (where my sister lives)
2) Shipping to Wellington, New Zealand (where I live)
If your price is right we will have a deal
Thanks again for your time
