[PSUBS-MAILIST] Submarine Graveyard Link...
Here's one:
There's something familiar about that URL; don't
know but it might have been on the boards before.
Starts with a look at the SUBMARINE GRAVEYARD: some
interesting shots if you're one of those (like me) who enjoys prowling around
boatyards, checking out rusting hulks, etc. A chance to look at what's
left of how they used to build them a long time ago...
Lots of pics of old subs: German UC5; a bunch
of old Brit Boats. Some interesting interior shots; controls, plumbing and
that sort of thing.
There's also a lot of pics of Harry Hodge's vintage
sub models from the 60's.
Interesting, and maybe educational...
