Uh, Vance...

If I understand what Martin is describing when he says VBT (a flexible,
fluid-filled bladder situated outside the hull, which can altrernably expand
or contract by pumping it's contents inside to a holding means, or back out
again), wouldn't that be changing the subs DISPLACEMENT without changing
it's WEIGHT?
