[PSUBS-MAILIST] Starting from scratch
Dear Mr. Dreamer,
I approve of dreaming about little submarines. I did it myself as a kid and ended up actually building and working in some of them. And the way to get started is to read and talk to the rest of us crazy sub types and study the subject until you know it well. The psubs.org page will give you lots of insight. Internet searches will be instructive, and the local library will help. Ask questions.
