Hi Mike, try again to the page :
http://catalogue.pro.gov.uk
than press the "Search Cataloge" button.
Fill only one word in. Not the letter code or something else.
If you get an as answer as :
Your search for the word 'excalibur' returned no class descriptions.
To search for the word 'excalibur' within individual document
descriptions use Search Documents.
Than press the "Search Documents" button in this words.
But your computer must accept all cookies ot the cataloge will not work.
I type in "Excalibur" and get 40 files like this :
ADM 1/26376 HMS Excalibur: ship's motto and badge approved 1955
ADM 1/26378 HM Submarines Explorer and Excalibur: alteration to
navigation lights 1955
ADM 101/632 EXCALIBUR - FABIUS 1943
ADM 173/26469 SUBMARINE: EXCALIBUR 1962 Apr 17-May 15
ADM 226/192 HM S/Ms Explorer and Excalibur: submerged control 1953
ADM 226/217 HM S/Ms Explorer and Excalibur: pitot speed log 1953
ADM 226/267 HM S/Ms Explorer and Excalibur: power for lengthened form
in
submerged trim 1954
ADM 226/616 HM S/M Excalibur: speed trials on surface and at
periscope
depth 1958
ADM 226/636 HM S/M Excalibur: speed trials at deep submersion 1958
ADM 226/799 HM S/M Excalibur: submerged control with pump jets and
lift
