[PSUBS-MAILIST] electrical penetrators

I have an application on my sub project requiring electrical connections to
pass through 3/4" steel plate separating high and low pressure environments
with air on both sides. There is no need for the connections to be
waterproof since they are in air, but the penetrator does have to resist a
very high pressure differential (about 2,000 psi). I have used a few
connectors from a manufacturer called SEA-CON who makes waterproof ones that
would work. But they are expensive! 

I remember stumbling across pressure-but-not-water-tight penetrators on the
web a long time ago, but I just can't seem to find this vendor again. I
think penetrators like this could be significantly cheaper. Anyone got any
leads or ideas?
