propane tank that I was going to buy to make into a sub..." issue.

love your site, i too have had a passion for subs for as long as i can
remember.
i'm finally thinking of building one, probably wet.
i am wondering how to put electrical lines and drive lines through the hull
whilst remaining watertight. any help would be greatly apreciated. i don't
have
an engineering background so there's a bit of a learning curve here!
