Before we put Busby's info on PSUBS, let's get some kind of written
response from either the Navy (that the material is not copyrighted)
or from Busby's heirs (giving permission to use the material).  Not
that I don't believe the material is in the public domain, but 
because I'm the guy they're going to come looking for if anyone
wants to make a claim of copyright infringement.  Of course, Ray's
name is plastered all over the web site.  Maybe they'll go for him
first??
