Not exactly sure, but at a guess, I'd say that MSVBVM60.DLL is a
Dynamic Link Library (DLL) file that stands for MicroSoft Visual Basic
Virtual Machine or something to that effect. Probably a necessary file
to run any VB app. Not sure why you don't have it though. This sounds
like something that should be an integral part of your OS.
