Mike,

You have that right.  Busby is public domain, and you are legally free to 
photocopy it at your heart's content.  I will send a photocopy to anyone who 
wants one for $75.00.    It costs that much because it is 764 pages, and 
Kinkos won't give me a lower rate.  If you can find a cheaper source, I 
suggest you use it.  But if not, send me an e-mail and I will send you a 
Busby.  I take a loss on every one I ship, but is worth it for what I get 
from this group.
