Hi my points on this disscusion : 

- It has a Kord-nozle and a double hull indicates a russian design.
  The nozle design with the flat horizontal stern is maybe designed to
absorb  
  the propeller sound and reflect them to the bottom. 
  Some features shows that it can maybe go deep. 
- The drugs will be carry mainly outside the pressure hull in the
double-hull
  between the outside frames. There is one picture shows thats the
  middle part of the outside plating of the double hull has many holes
  for seawater entrance. 
- a submarine of this size need a harbour - or a bigger freighter vessel
  with a moonpool. I think the steamer is the better solution. 
- Its rusty - but thats is normal for new boats during construction
  specially in hot, humidy countrys. Cssx Section I is also rusty
today..
  Just at the moment its rains here.
