Why not enlist PSUBS to identify where subs might be under
construction?  If it's being built in the civilized world,
one of us here might have heard of it.  

Which one of us will volunteer to stalk drug-running subs?

Odds are the Columbian Navy will keep it.  It's probably a fairly
nice boat, and would make a fine training ship.

So far, no one has picked up on the detail that the sub was
probably a kit.   I want to know who designed it.  And how many
more are there?   Did the KGB design the thing, back in the 60s, 
to be built in hostile countries for Fifth Column operations?
The mind boggles.
