[PSUBS-MAILIST] Air conditioning

Hi all,

It seems that any time I read about commercially available small subs,
especially tourist subs, they hype the "air-conditioned comfort" angle
quite a bit.  On the 2-man sub scale, how important is this?  I realize
it's a tight space and the air could get rather stale and humid, but
you've also got the water pulling heat off the outside of the pressure
hull.  I guess what I really want to know is do any of you who have
built and used psubs have any sort of air conditioning system (aside
from systems to monitor/control O2 and CO2 levels)?
