The Russians use this stuff like this in their sub rescue lungs and other
rebreathers though this may be a bad time to bring it up. A lot of this
hardware is showing up now on the world market.

O2 monitors/analyzers are easy to build using a cheap off-the-shelf digital
panel meter - the whole system, box and sensor, for about $100. Plans
