If you're talking about horizontal and vertical fins, I'm planning on building
mine up myself, since I already build all sizes of R/C planes. I've done a lot
of research in the past couple of weeks in wing design, and have come up with
the numbers I should need to move around the sub at the best efficiency and in
the easiest manner.

I plan to build up the wing with standard balsa or foam wing kits, and then use
several layers of composites to cover it. Fill it with sand, epoxy, or something
similar, and you're done. (hopefully...)
