It would be perfect for rocketing around in San Fransisco Bay at night since 
it throws off a LOT of light and would create quite a wake if you were at the 
right depth, but God help anything in your way!

BTW, 600 FPS is around the speed of sound in air (I think), and if you could 
increase the speed to the speed of sound underwater then you either rip the 
sub to shreds (including yourself) or make it to the Guinness Book of World 
Records.
