California in San Diego broke the world record for alternate propulsion by

Wade, I don't know the numbers, but the Naval Academy boys ran a very tidy
little HPS with twin bladed counter rotating props about a yard across and
stomped the competition into a mud hole. I'll bet some budding Admiral used
it for a dissertation, in which case, it's probably on the web somewhere.
