The only catalog I ever saw for hatches was from:

They are the ones who supply the U.S. Navy, so get ready to have a stroke if
you request and receive a quote from them.  They are expensive!!  Still, go
ahead and get a copy of their free catalog, it has all kinds of drawings to
get ideas from in order to design your own hatch.
