[PSUBS-MAILIST] simple hatch question

Hey folks,

I'm gravity forming an acrylic hatch for a wet sub.  I ran an experimental
piece the other day and it formed beautifully but there were all sorts of
little bubbles in it.  I'm not particularly experienced with plastics so I'm
wondering if someone can tell me why the bubbles are forming and how to get
rid of them.  ie. Am I giving it too much heat, not enough heat, not enough
air circulation...?
