    For anyone interested, there are a few sites online for
plans to various versions of the "final" evolution of Rogallo's
parawing, which is usually referred to as a 'NASA Parawing 5"
(or NPW5).  A lot of people fly these as stunt kites, or 'traction
kites' for pulling buggies, small boats, or whatever.
