Re: [PSUBS-MAILIST] concept query



Why not just use the paint brush included with WIN95/98.  That is, as long
as critical measurements are not required.  It makes a nice sketch pad.  To
be extra nice, you could convert the .bmp to a .jpg before sending to save
space.  A picture is worth a thousand words as they say.
