[PSUBS-MAILIST] concept query
Hi, Dan:
Gee, didnt we go thru' this some months ago?? Arrrrgh . .if the
hulls were arranged so that, at some point, no differential pressure
existed in the final sphere, then the thickness that a monohull would have
to be to achieve that same state would be the same or less than the
combined hulls for a given inside final volume. period. Walk thru the
numbers . . you will see it is so. . .Remember that, until the outer hull
actually begins to move and transmits that movement to the fluid
surrounding the second hull - the second hull doesnt even know it's there!
