Hi Chris,
You need to worry about the type of batteries you use. Lead-acid batteries
might not like being rolled. The acid might leak out.
You buoyancy and center of gravity while submerged should be close to each
other for ease of doing your rolls. On the surface though you probably want
it very stable to keep from rolling over while your hatch is open.
