[PSUBS-MAILIST] Need design advice on "flying" submarine

	My friends and I have begun preliminary design work on our psub, and
seek some advice related to our general design idea.  Our submarine will be
a "flying" sub, by which we mean it will be design such that it responds
underwater as an airplane does in air.  It will be able to do rolls, and if
the water is deep enough, loops.

	Obviously, center of gravity and buoyancy will be important, as well
as bolting everything in the sub down. :)  What other things do we need to
consider and pay special attention to?  (Which might be of less concern in a
"normal" psub.)
